[Summary of Terms and Conditions]
- This Agreement has been confirmed by the goverment authority and the Association that the conditions have been reported and amended in accordance with Article 24 of the Freight Transportation Business Act and Article 41 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act.
Article 3 (rules)
Operators are encouraged to look after kindly service and promptly and precisely to ensure safe cargo transportation.
Article 5 (fares)
The fare applicable to the carrier shall be the amount agreed with the shippers or fiduciaries, depending on the type, quantity and distance of the cargo.
Article 11 (Compensation for damages)
In the event of any delay or incapacity for the carriage of cargo due to one of the responsible reasons (intention or negligence) of the carrier and the shippers, the responsible party shall be liable for the damages of the other party.
Article 12 (Obligations of operators)
The operator shall notify the shippers without delay when cargo transportation is delayed or can not be transported due to unforeseen circumstances after taking over freight.
Article 14 (refusal)
When the application for transportation is not in accordance with the terms of the contract, when the package is not suitable for transportation, when it is in violation of the illegal goods, Or when there is a natural disaster or any other unavoidable reason, you may refuse to accept the transportation.
Article 15(Occurrence and action of accidents)
Immediate response to internal accident prevention process
Article 18 (Indemnity in case of force majeure)
In the event of loss of cargo or loss of or damage to cargo due to force majeure causes (natural disasters, public events, public events, attraction, seizure, opening, confiscation) And shall not be liable.
Article 26 (Special annihilation of responsibility)
The liability of the carrier for the destruction or destruction of part of the cargo shall be terminated unless it is notified within 14 days from the date of delivery. This shall not apply in cases where the carrier has been informed of the loss of or damage to the cargo and delivered to the shipper.
